The ingredients of this recipe makes the pasta alla puttanesca an healthy option.

First of all the pasta, it’s vegetarian and provides carbohydrates that we know should provide the 30% of the energy needed from the human body for the daily needs.

The sauce is made with tomatoes which are a very good ingredient, very healthy because they contain antioxidants.

The other ingredients are olives which are great because are very high in vitamin E and other powerful antioxidants.

Capers are very tasty and very healthy, Capers are also a source of: Vitamin A. Vitamin E. and Manganese.

As well and finally anchovies which are a small fish that also it’s good for you as fish is filled with omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins such as D and B2 (riboflavin).

The other ingredients are onions and extra virgin olive oil.

Now let’s take a look at the recipe for pasta puttanesca and his preparation.

first prepared ingredients,  you need a tablespoon of capers and were talking about serving for people here but if you are very eager you can also do it just for two people I followed his reps area sleepy all the time and my wife and I ate it all all in one go and  we are two people.

then 2 tablespoons of deseeded olives,  and here I can recommend Italian olives from the region liguria.

third ingredient anchovies,  you can buy small boxes with juice 5 or 6 anchovies olive oil which are perfect because you don’t need money you just need like come three and Furious to make her tasty pasta of course if you are more people or if you want a super tasty very tasty with your bit salty as well you can  add 4 or 5.

then the basic ingredient of the sauce is tomato.  because I want to make my recipes very quickly I use the tomato salsa which is a pre-cooked tomato passata.  in other words the tomato salsa is a very basic very simple Italian tomato sauce,  which is made with tomato passata some onions some celery and sometimes some carrots or basil.  if you use the salsa instead of the passata in means that the cooking time of the sauce is reduced by at least 15 minutes.  and you can find the list of ingredients that are used just below at the end of this post.

Now,  after you have prepared the keepers that need to be washed and chopped in small pieces,

 the cooking process.

the first thing you want to do is prepare a bowl with water and and put it on the hob to start heating up and then boil you can have a pinch of salt to the water about because the source is so so tasty I wouldn’t recommend to add salt to the water for this recipe.

take the the tablespoon of Capers and wash them under freshwater in a colander. drain the water if you want you can also so dry them a bit with a bit of paper then put the keepers on the chopping board and Chop them into fine pieces.

Take a golden or white onion,  cut it in half, remove the first layer i.e. the dry skin, they chop the onions in fine pieces.  take a frying pan put it on the hob add 3  tablespoons  of extra virgin olive oil,  a teaspoon of  dried Hot Chilli flakes,  turn the heating on on on medium-high,  when the oil is hot,  the the chopped onion and the chopped capers.  let them shallow fry for 5 minutes,  you can add a tablespoon or two of Walter from the pasta bowl,  to make sure the Onion doesn’t burn.  then add 304 anchovies to the pan together with the onions and the capers,  and a jar of tomato salsa,  let it simmer for 5 minutes and  the sauce for the pasta alla puttanesca is made.

in the meantime,  the water in the Bowl for the pasta should be boiling,  and you can toss in the spaghetti,  more or less 100g of dry spaghetti per  person.
