Chicken with peppers

This is one of my classic recipies: chicken with peppers.

It’s a tastie and healthy recipe because it’s made with ingredients that are good for you: chicken breast, peppers, onion, tomato, chilly pepper and extra virgin olive oil.

the preparation is super easy, t it takes about 40 minutes to prepare and cook.

start by chopping and stir frying half an onion in 4 spoons of extra virgin olive oil on medium-low heat. Add 4 spoons of water to avoid burning. (5 minutes)

  
While the onion cooks, chop 2 large red peppers and add them to the pan (medium heat)

Add the chopped peppers and keep shallow frying

  
let cook for 10 minutes the add the tin of tomato (200 grams of salsa). add 4 spoons of water and let cook. (write a blog post while cooking if you like, that’s what I am doing)

chop and add 500 grams of chicken breast, chopped in fairly large pieces, let cook forn10 minutes, stiring every 2-3 minutes
